About me
My name is Fernsathatham Seng but since people tend to mispronounce my first name so I decided to go by just Fern. I choose to study Professional Communication because of its diversity and my indecisiveness. Communications comes in different form and this course provides the 4 of the main components which are Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, and Media. Advertising and Public Relations grasp my attention the most, therefore later on I will have to choose between those 2 disciplines. Growing up in an advanced technology time period enable me to experience the used of media platform such as Instagram, Youtube, Snapchat etc, allowing me to gain a better understanding of the purpose of each technological system. Hopefully by the end of this course I will be able to develop key skills regarding communication process and practices that bring benefits for my future career path in the media industry. I would describe my working habit as unpredictable, I know not the best way to present myself but I'm trying to be realistic.
